On-pack stickers on bags of Jim Beam™ Beef Jerky designed to add value for retailers & consumers
BOULDER, CO - March 5, 2007 - Thanasi Foods LLC, a leading developer and supplier of household branded foods, announced today the launch of the Jim Beam Snacks Ultimate Race Day Sweepstakes & Instant Win Game featuring Robby Gordon, team owner and driver of the No. 7 Jim Beam® Ford car. Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game stickers can be found on 3.5 oz. bags of Jim Beam Original, Peppered, and Barbeque Beef Jerky in nearly 25,000 retail locations nationwide.
The retail promotions feature popular race car driver Robby Gordon and include product floor displays, header cards, Robby Gordon standees, and on-pack sweepstakes stickers that include a peel-off instant-win game code. The sweepstakes began on March 1, 2007 and will continue through December 31, 2007.
Over $50,000.00 in prizes will be awarded, including one Grand Prize of a three-day/ two-night trip for two to the 2008 Daytona 500 race in Florida. A total of 5,500 instant win prizes will also be awarded, including Jim Beam Racing t-shirts, hats, Jim Beam Beef Jerky and Sunflower Seeds.
